The staff at the hotel were extremely helpful and friendly, which made our xmas stay very enjoyable. the hotel offered a lot of amenities that made our stay comfortable such as clean and spacious rooms, and free WiFi throughout the hotel. the hotel was situated in a great location near popular tourist attractions and transportation options.
The noise level at the hotel was quite high throughout xmas, which made it difficult to sleep at night. the hotel lacked some basic amenities that we would have appreciated such as complimentary breakfast or an on-site restaurant.

The rooms are spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and working AC. Additionally, the hotel offers budget-friendly prices and reliable taxi services.
No major issues were encountered during my stay.

I recently had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Tbilisi. the staff were incredibly kind and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. They were always available, no matter what time we reached the reception. Secondly, the hotel offered great value for money, with affordable prices that didn't break the bank. Lastly, the attention to detail was impressive, with clean and spacious rooms that had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Plus, the location was perfect, being close to the center and offering beautiful views from our room.
All in all, everything was great and I couldn't find any faults at this hotel.

The hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. The attention to detail was impeccable, from the modern showers in the well-equipped private washroom to the spacious rooms with comfortable beds and ample storage space. The staff were incredibly warm and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. Additionally, the hotel's location near the center of the city made it easy to explore and navigate.
